Yes, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older at all times at MBG.
Are there any restrictions on Rated R Movies?
Yes, anyone under the age of 17 must be accompanied throughout the movie by an adult 21 or older for any showtime.
What is Movie Bowl Grille’s age range for child tickets?
A child is considered 3-14 years old.
What is Movie Bowl Grille’s age break for a senior citizen?
A senior citizen is anyone 60 years old and older.
Fun Card FAQ
What is a Movie Bowl Grille Fun Card?
An MBG fun card is a card that can be loaded with any denomination of funds which can be used as a gift card throughout the entire facility and as a game card in the arcade.
What can I purchase with a Movie Bowl Grille Fun Card?
Any cash loaded onto your MBG Fun Card may be used for making purchases of food and drink items, movie tickets, bowling lanes, attraction tickets, and arcade games.
Bonus Cash is awarded onto an MBG Fun Card when a certain amount is loaded onto the card. Bonus Cash can only be used to play any game in the arcade. This does not include attractions.
Can I reload my Movie Bowl Grille Fun Card?
Of course! You can reload your card on the website or at your local MBG.
Can I purchase tickets online with my Movie Bowl Grille Fun Card?
Yes! Just choose “gift card” at check out.
Does a Movie Bowl Grille Fun Card ever expire?
No, MBG Fun Cards never expire, never depreciates in value, and there are no deductions due to inactivity.

What are the Terms and Conditions?
Your MBG Fun Card may only be used for making purchases at participating MBG locations. It cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another Fun Card or resold. The value on this card will not be replaced if the Fun Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. You can register the card at a facility or online to protect you in case of lost card. No change will be given for any balance on the card, nor any cash refunded for any purchase made with the card. MBG reserves the right to revoke the privileges of this Fun Card and suspend any values on holders account for misuse of the facilities. The purchase and use of this Fun Card constitutes acceptance of these terms as well as any additional terms printed on the Fun Card package. Valid in U.S. dollars.

Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the theatre or online up to one hour prior to the scheduled showtime (the credit card used for purchasing must be present). You may also request a refund online from
billy@moviebowlgrille.com. There are no refunds after the printed show time. Ticket purchases are only valid for the location, date and start time of the film that is printed on the confirmation page or printed tickets.
How do I purchase tickets online?
Find your showtime by choosing your location and selecting the movie and time you wish to see. After you click on the specific showtime, you will choose a seat to reserve and select the ticket types for the time. Select the number of tickets you need, continue by pressing buy tickets.
How do I redeem tickets purchased online?
You can redeem your tickets by taking your email confirmation or the card you paid with to the kiosk, cashier, or usher podium at your location.
What is the online ticket fee?
To provide the convenience of purchasing advance tickets and reserving seats online, Movie Bowl Grille adds a small fee per ticket. To avoid that fee, guests are invited to visit the location and purchase tickets in person.
How do I order food at the facility?
You can join us at Billy’s Grille and Bar which makes and serves food for the entire facility. You can also order from the QR codes found on the tray of your recliner. QR code ordering is also available at bowling lanes along with servers. All orders placed through the QR codes will be delivered directly to you.
Can I purchase attractions online?
You can currently book bowling lanes online along with axe throwing at select locations.
Does my bowling lane reservation come with bowling shoes?
You can reserve bowling shoes separately. Socks are not provided for free and bowling shoes must be worn to bowl.
Is there a dress code for Axe Throwing?
You will need to wear close toed shoes or rent bowling shoes to wear while Axe Throwing.
Are military tickets available?
Yes, purchase a military ticket at the location. A valid ID is required at time of purchase.
Do you have closed caption devices or assisted listening devices?
All MBG locations offer both types of devices. Please see a team member in store before your showtime for assistance.
